Tocaya Organica Santa Monica

The vegan tacos were outstanding (and all of their tacos can be made vegan), and the nachos were delightful too. We visited on Taco Tuesday, so they were incredibly affordable at just $2 each.

Wow! The fish was incredible—truly outstanding. The asada was also among the best I've ever had. The tortillas were fantastic, and the portion sizes were perfect for sampling a variety or grabbing a quick bite. We ordered for pickup, and the process was seamless. Definitely give it a try; you won't be disappointed!

I absolutely loved this restaurant concept! It's like McAllister's Deli but with a Mexican twist, and everything is organic, which is a huge plus. The organic margaritas were incredible—definitely the best I've ever had! I tried both the strawberry flavor (as shown in the picture) and the original flavor, and they were both super fresh and smooth. Plus, at around $8 each, the price is very reasonable for the area!

Tocoya was absolutely wonderful! I got the vegan chicken and their jalapeno queso. It was a delicious combo in the fajita burrito. Service was also excellent and polite, particularly when one of my companions had to send her order back because she hadn 't understood the menu. That does bring me to the point that the line 'Chef Recommends ' for the meal additions is less a recommendation and more a default option. If you order something and don 't specify what you want on it (even if you don 't actually want anything added to it), the Chef Recommends option will be added by default. Be sure to specify that you either don 't want anything added or that you want something specific included if you aren 't good with what the chef recommends for the meal.

All around amazing experience here! I ordered the Cali tacos with chicken and let me tell you the heat was worth it. Drinks were delicious and service was attentive and friendly. Juan gave exceptional service, definitely going ti be stopping here next time I'm in the area!
