Bidrage med feedbackExtremely unfriendly and slow service. We placed an order for a few things and they brought each thing separately. We had to wait close to 15 mins for each item to arrive to the table. They give preference to new customers and ignore the ones seated. Short staffed. In short it was a terrible experience.I would like to add their chow chow was worth ordering and veg momos over chicken.
I hate writing bad reviews. I tried to give benefit of the doubt to the restaurant for any reason but I really couldn’t find any.Food was kinda pricey (even for LA). Very bland and boring. Service was basically non-existent, so much so I had to get up and pay/ask for the check and as well ask for water. Either the people working never have owned a restaurant before or they are purposely trying to lose business. There was no recommendations for the menu, no guidance on what to order, and no checking in on the table. I’m convinced we could have eaten, gotten up and left, without them saying anything. It’s one thing to have good food and bad service or vice versa but to have both you’re not going to survive the LA food scene. Lamb was too fatty and tomato based with no other flavor, keema naan was overpriced and over cooked, and momos looked like they had been microwaved. It’s quite possible I had a bad experience, but unless this place makes a smaller menu, works on its dishes, and brings in some better management, I don’t see a reason to eat here.Gave 2 stars instead of one because the place was clean and pretty.
Nothing good to say about this place, which is a bummer as I like it’s location. The dishes were overpriced and the servings very small. The eggplant was thin and burned. The monos were small and nothing special. Service was poor as the server made no useful recommendations on the dishes. Big disappointment.
Very bad experience at this Indian take out. We paid over $27 per person for chicken tikka masala with rice and the food was very watery, tasteless and so little food for the price. We would never go back to this place.
The best Indian-style food in Los Angeles! Even our group of six picky eaters all discovered dishes they absolutely loved. Don't miss out on the house-made strawberry yogurt drink—it's a must-try! The naan is the best I've ever tasted, and the paneer is simply outstanding!
