Bidrage med feedbackTo die for! I bought the triple berry cake for my fiancé’s PhD graduation party and everybody loved it! I also recently bought funfetti-like cupcakes for a birthday gift – the frosting and cake blended impeccably together. You can taste the purity of every bite with their cakes. And most of all the frosting isn’t too overbearing, but light, flavorful, and balanced! ?
Our go-to for special occasion cakes! Cakes are always beautifully decorated but more importantly delicious! My all time favorite is the triple berry cake. The dark chocolate cake is pretty decadent too. Beverly cake and red velvet are also decent. Pumpkin cheesecake during thanksgiving was amazing! We love this spot.
Good cake, clueless staff.I walked in for a single slice of NY Cheesecake to go...extremely basic order. As I 'm ordering someone just walks in front of me and says just picking up an online order , which I guess the staff didn 't have ready. A couple employees proceeded to see why it wasn 't ready and then started to prepare it. At the same time they ringing up my order, I put in a tip, wait 5 minutes to get my slice and then they say they don 't have it. The thing is, while I was waiting I watched them take the ENTIRE NY Cheesecake and give it to the guy who claimed he had an online order. The exact same thing happened to the lady behind me who also ordered a slice of NY cheesecake AND already paid for it, like me. The clueless staff did nothing, was not sorry, offered nothing, but a rude look back to us. I would expect an apology and something like how about we get you a coffee on us for the mix up given that I already tipped them $1.50 on top of the price of the slice and they failed to even deliver the product we agreed on.The finance director apparently was in the store and approached me as I walked out, asking about pricing of the cakes and what I thought (and if their new pricing increase is acceptable). If he 's reading this, your cake is good, but your employees suck. The price is value against the cake the experience, not just the cake. Don 't raise your price until your employees learn basic customer service. If someone comes into your bakery for a single slice of NY Cheesecake and you don 't have it at 2pm on a Saturday, you have more problems to figure out beyond your pricing.Edit upping from 2 stars to 3 because the business owner at least is trying to reach out to me to resolve. I don 't want your freebies, just teach your employees some basic service when a mistake happens on their end. Thanks.
I do love the triple berry cake. My family requests it every time it's my turn to bring desserts. The strawberry rhubarb pie and the apple pie are also great. All pricey, but I get them pretty much for most holidays/occasions.Reason for the four stars is that the service is always just ok. And the rest of the food, desserts, etc. are just fine (nothing special). There's the occasional nice guy there, but most of the time, the staff seems to be in a bad mood or they make me feel completely unwelcomed. I usually just make a quick stop by to pick up desserts, coffee or some brunch. I've tried almost everything on the menu. It's all just ok.
Top notch customer service earns this place 5 stars from me! Not knowing their hours, I came in just after they closed and I was prepared to go home cake-less on my birthday. Lucky for me there were two employees finishing their closing duties who were so incredibly kind to invite me in and serve me two slices of delicious cake to go. They went out of their way to accommodate and it honestly made my day. Plus, the cake was wonderfully flavorful and beautifully decorated!
