Panda Express - Santa Monica

Upon returning to the restaurant on 01/25/24, I waited in line for over 15 minutes only to be told that the lunch I wanted was not available and would take another 5-7 minutes to prepare. The management at this restaurant is extremely incompetent.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant location. To make a long story short, I placed an order online for a specific item. When I arrived, they couldn't find the order in their system. After waiting for half an hour, they magically found it. This was my first and last time experiencing such horrible customer service.

Whenever I order Uber Eats from this restaurant, they never include condiments in the bag. There is no soy sauce or chili sauce, which is disappointing since it's Chinese food. The lack of an option to request condiments on the app makes it even more frustrating.

Serving containers keep getting smaller and smaller yet the prices are getting bigger and bigger. No longer a good value. Very limited selection too. I had to wait 45 minutes to get brown rice. Whole foods and other restaurants are better value and higher quality food at a cheaper price than panda express.Parking lot is very small and limitedDisappointing experience overall.Parking: Parking is very limited and difficult

I love their slight remodelled interior and it's always been a pleasure coming here! The Panda Express has always been my occasional go to and their employees are very kind, often tired from working so hard! They do a great job tho, I don't know how they manage to pull through some tough shifts around heat lamps all day! I do recommend coming here for a tray of tasty noodles, rice, and a good assortment of entree options like their classic orange chicken or broccoli beef or something like that! Wonderful restaurant!
