UCC Vienna Café - Santa Mesa Heights

Went here on Father's Day and their service was really bad. The waitresses were not attentive at all, the food took so long to arrive, and a lot of items were not available. Totally a bad experience.

Disappointed because the Japanese cheesecake i ordered tasted and smelled like the inside of a refrigerator. I guess it was old as well because it was not as fluffy than i expected. The coffee is good, it's a given. It's UCC. But they could use an upgrade on their customer service. Their staff sound grumpy and annoyed when we got their.

UCC is one of my favorite restaurants/cafes here in Manila! They serve really delicious food! Very friendly and accommodating staff too. It may be a little pricey, but it's all worth it! One of the best coffees in town!

Their omurice is just okay, as the egg is not as soft and fluffy as you would expect. Their seafood pasta is good, by pricey. Their coffee is still of course the main attraction, but their Oreo milkshake deserves some attention as a very good milkshake, though it is a little sweet. Their iced cafe au lait is also a tad sweet, though that may be appealing.
