Restaurante Bar Burukuka - Santa Marta

Absolutely stunning views of the Rodero beach, we were lucky to make it for sunset without reservation, but the staff has a place for us. Besides the breathtaking views, the service was fantastic and the cocktails were also great! I only give a 4 star as we ordered the squid rings and they were terrible, didn't taste fresh. Maybe we just got a bad charge, and we just ordered it, and the edamame starter that was good. A must to visit when in Santa Marta!

The Resturant offers an incredible view when the bay. To see the sunset from there, it is simply amazing. Restaurant Essen is very good. Maybe the best in Santa Marta. The service we received from the staff was also Exellent. The prices are not cheap, but it was worth it.

The restaurant has a nice place, but not anymore. Our catch of the day (fish) was extremely dry, easy to long in the pan and seafood salad quite boring with just shrimps and octopus pieces plus a few salads. For the rather pricy dishes (local currency), you could definitely expect more. At least our son loved his pasta!
