Le Sarten is a small chain of restaurants in the Santa Marta area. This restaurant is located in the middle of the historic centre of Santa marta. The interior of this restaurant is, like many Colombian restaurants, very simple. The plastic tables and chairs are fine, but not too comfortable. I think this is part of the concept... People get food to stay fast and not too long so they can have several layers. The food is simple, but good. Almost like homemade Colombian food. Always ask for the menu of the day. This is really a good value for money.

Delicious, simple food, reasonable service (a bit slow, but not too bad), good value. A beautiful introduction to Colombian food.

Cuidado con la ensalada... me salió agrandada con gusano! Se la mostré al mesero y solo la quitó de la mesa y la colocó en la de al lado, ni siquiera pidió disculpas...

Un pescado a la brasa muy fresco con patacones y una bebida fresca, todo perfecto para una noche romántica.
