Bidrage med feedbackGood service, I recommend not to put in rooms 1e 2 because connecting through a door, open by one of the two rooms. The night we all felt the snoring of the people nearby.
Very modern clean and tastefully decorated, great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Being a 3 star is a good solution.
The day before departure we ask for security at the number indicated on the site at the time of booking (exactly successfully, as confirmed by the acceptance of the email received from the hotel address). It is communicated that the hotel was given in management to third parties, and then contact a new number. The new contact answers that there is no reservation, all full, so nothing in fact. The problems are two: the first is what it has given in the management, that having accepted (implementation of the email) has to all the effects concluded a contract, obliging to realize a performance that, it is evident, has not satisfied at all. The luck of this person is that costs (time and money) to act in judgment for an unsatisfied contract in this case would greatly absorb the benefits, so a beautiful judiciary will be avoided. However, the fact remains that at least one excuse would be appropriate, but it is perhaps the human thickness (as the acum, given the risk of being in front of a judge) of the subject directly proportional to his professionalism, and it is better not to go any further. The second problem is clearly the new management, which should have ascertained any pre-existing reservations (and be sure that it does not simply mean asking to speak, and re-assemble the acceptance email). In short, the lack of professionalism reigns supreme... I hope for the new management (which certainly has less defects) that can treasure the unpleasant drawback for the future; for the rest, the review can only be bad..
We stayed there for two nights in the hotel of the sun, a few steps from the beautiful sea, aesthetically it is very beautiful and elegant both day and evening. We stayed in the pool in full tranquility, without too much pressure that usually in some structures you have for the rules to respect, great, but unfortunately not cured though, between a dot floating in water and some insects here and breakfast, The staff was kind enough and friendly, only But the only fault we say, because the next day actually were already more careful. The clean and spacious rooms, I would recommend only some wires outside or a small stretch to be able to at least lay the beach towels. It also cutes the thing that they supply bottled water since the rooms have no refrigerator bar. I would suggest to add to the menu something land besides the menu of the sea, because the food was delicious, but not eat fish often and have two children we could not eat for other times. All in all, we were fine.
We came to stay from the North, here in Santa Maria, for a relaxing couple holiday! The structure has satisfied all our needs both from the point of view of the quality of the services and from the point of view of the qualified staff, available and attentive! Not to mention the restaurant offering delicious dishes with great fresh fish (just fished) and a friendly and attentive chef at every culinary request! The place has helped make this holiday in the riviera of unforgettable cedars! Congratulations to all the staff of the hotel del Sole! Thank you very much for the wonderful welcome!
