Bidrage med feedbackIt is Spanish cuisine, seafood restaurant. The food is exquisite and fresh and very enjoyable. Just be warned that the portions are enormous. We struggled with the language – unfortunately we don’t speak Spanish, and even more unfortunately for us the waitress did not speak English... so we could not quite figure about or ask about the dishes and ended up ordering too much food. It was delicious, but we left a lot behind. So, be warned that, for example, “Fish fiesta” is something really worth trying, but it is for at least 2 people and would be plenty without starter! ; If you decide to dine outside, there is a great sea view to enjoy, although beware of cars that pass from time to time alongside the promenade. Did not find much on the internet apart from this link: [hidden link]
Magnificent dinner with the best and freshest paella marisco ever eaten. Nice an cosy and very friendly... more than just recommendable Well, you would require a car to reach San Felipe, howver, making real holidays on Gran Canaria without utilising a car does not make sense.
Sometimes we coincidentally find ourself in a restaurant that was not in the plan. After shooting the sunset we set down in restaurant Cabana del Pescador near San Felipe . We just skipped reading the menu and order as suggested by the waiter Paella. For starter we took perfect mixed salad, to properly accompany the main dish we have decided to drink red wine from Rioja. Paella? Excellent. When we add the very friendly staff we can only say it was a very pleasant surprise for the end of the day.
