In S. Maria C.V., for decades, a point of reference in rosticcerie. For me working down the north, it's a must every time I get home. Among all good things, the one I prefer is ‘frittatatina’. A place to visit absolutely, also considered the great sympathy and courtesy of all the staff.
The pizza dough is the classic dough of 50 years ago, no spectacular. Friggitoria is horrid, croquettes and frittatina unguardable and dry. I don't understand all this clamor around this place.
