Saigon Cuisine - Santa Maria

Three of us shared a few dishes. Pho overall is pretty good compared to the other options in the area. Scallops with green onions and roasted peanuts was delicious, the taste is great, the sauce it comes with is perfect for it, overall great dish. Chicken with tamarind sauce is also very good, sauce is tender and sweet, balanced and not excessive. Lime beef salad (bo thi chanh) had great taste and fish sauce is also well made, it seems a little too many onions in this dish for us. It can also be better served with bánh ph?ng tôm or something similar. Viet coffee is also very good. Service was great, friendly, prompt and good recommendations. In any case, one of the better Viet restaurants in the area would recommend.

First time there and I am already blown away by the quality taste of their pho's broth. Will definitely have to go back and try their $5 bahn mi sandwiches.
