Mountain Mike's Pizza - Santa Maria

Good pizza and wings. I had a little of everything. Wish they had more options on brews but, the ones they have are good enough. Atmosphere was great TV's to watch games over all I liked it and do recommend this place ????

Not good at all .. i actually worked at mountain mikes and they made a horrible mistake .. i ordered a vegimore and they put canadian bacon on it .. i just have to throw the whole pizza cause my cousin dont eat meat .. rest everything was good but whoever made the pizza was unprofessional that they didnt made it a new one and thought we wouldnt know that its meat on vegi pizza ..

Pizza was left in the oven too long. The little bit of cheese that it did have was burnt making for a hard pizza. I want my pizza to have a good amount of cheese and be gooey this definitely was not that. Staff was friendly carryout takes 30 min

First let me say! I love Mountain Mikes Pizza, it's the best. We have two locations in Santa Maria, one on the north end of town and one on the south end. I started going to the one on the north end of town a few months after they opened and the quality of service and food was great and still is. Since I live close to the pizza location on the south end of town, I started going there and the pizza is still great, but lacking in customer service. The first incident occurred when an online order was made. I went to pick up the pizza, gave the young lady the name for the order and waited for it, keeping in mind, when you order online, they give you an estimated time your order should be ready, I was there ahead of time. People were coming and going and the time for my pizza being ready had way passed as well, so I asked the young lady who waited on me how much longer for my order, she went to the counter where the pizza's were sitting and took mine off the counter, it had been there for quite some time and I pointed that out and there was no apology given. Today, my wife ordered a pizza online, again on the south end of town and the time it was to be ready was 30 minutes, I got there about 10 minutes before and gave the clerk the name for the pizza and she went to check on it and told me it would be 10 minutes, I said okay, thanks. After about 20 minutes, a young man comes out and tells me there was a problem with my order and that they just put it in the oven, he asked me if I wanted a soda while I waited, I said no thanks. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my pizza. When the clerk brought my pizza out he did apologize as did another staff person. I explained my first bad experience and frustration and left. Although I live closer to the location on the south end of town, I will be going to the north end location for my pizza from now on.

Nice dining area. Huge TV's to watch the game,fights, etc. Good pizza a few arcade games for the kids. Clean restrooms. Decent prices.
