The girls were rude. When I went up, they asked me what I wanted, and when I literally looked over the menu for 10 seconds, she asked me what I wanted in a declining voice. The lady who made my order was very nice.

Erika was my cashier. She seemed to not be trained properly and she started preclosing at 4 when the store closes at 8. She was in the back when i arrived and didn't wash her hands when she made my food. The hotdogs were dry and were made differently then usual. The lemonade jugs were also less then half way empty. She didn't ask me about my rewards points and while working with customers she repeatedly wiped her face without washing her hands afterwards.The front of the store also did not look as clean as it should be.

The staff were quite rude. When I approached the counter, they immediately asked me what I wanted, and when I took just 10 seconds to glance at the menu, one of them asked again in a condescending tone. However, the woman who prepared my order was very pleasant.

Your sign indicates that unlimited refills are available for an additional $3, but you did not uphold that promise. Instead, you stated that each refill would cost $3.

At first, they didn’t ask for my name or provide a receipt. After a 30-minute wait, the customers who arrived after us were served before we received our order, which was just two corn dogs. When we questioned the staff about our order, they gave us a dismissive look. When we finally got our food, they practically tossed the corn dogs at me; they were overcooked and almost completely cold inside. Additionally, there were traces of saliva on our plate. I was very disappointed. I will not be returning, and you have lost a customer.
