Starbucks - Santa Fe Springs

The staff at this restaurant is extremely friendly and efficient, and they always manage to get our orders right!

I must say that Starbucks is no longer providing the same level of service to its customers as they once did. I actually had to beg for some sugar and a spoon. It’s just too difficult to get what you want there. I’ve begun exploring other coffee shops as a result.

This is my favorite Starbucks! It's really convenient, and the staff is always friendly and upbeat. They consistently make my iced coffee, lattes, and frappuccinos perfectly. Without a doubt, this is the best Starbucks I've ever visited. This location is exceptional!

I had an excellent experience at Starbucks! As always, the service and staff were outstanding. There were friendly smiles and warm greetings all around. The cleanliness of the place is impressive, and the shelves are always well-stocked with their products. Plus, they offer a convenient drive-thru. The music selection is both upbeat and relaxing, providing just the right energizing vibe to kick off your day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The ambiance is very inviting, making it an excellent spot for studying, and that's exactly what I did. However, I noticed that the wireless phone chargers were not functioning, although there were power outlets available. I also observed that the tables could use more frequent cleaning; during the two hours I spent there, I didn't see any staff members wiping them down. Additionally, the napkin and condiment stations, including the sugar, needed to be restocked. One more thing to mention is that they don’t call out names for orders. Overall, I would rate my experience as 3 out of 5 stars—just an average Starbucks visit.
