Valentina's - Santa Fe

This restaurant is far superior to the larger, more well-known Santa Fe establishments offering New Mexican cuisine. I enjoyed a fantastic and hearty plate of blue corn chicken enchiladas, served with green chile on the side. It came with posole, rice, and a delightful, fluffy sopapilla. I can't wait to come back! Absolutely amazing. Staff great. Food great. Sopaipillas, sinful! It was such a good meal. We’re tourists and they were really kind to us as well.
