Terra At Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe

Santa Fe has many restaurants, but this one was my favorite for a variety of reasons. The dishes were subtle yet creative, showcasing authentic flavors and spices without being too hot or overwhelming. I truly enjoyed the ambiance, especially being able to relax and take in the sunset while sipping some Gruet sparkling wine from New Mexico. It was absolutely delicious and a fantastic spot to celebrate a birthday! I particularly loved the roasted cauliflower soup and the scallops!

Additional note: In September 2023, our sunset drinks cost us $75 for just one drink each and some chips and salsa. Just no.

We're back again and loved it just as much as our last visit! There's truly nothing like enjoying a cup of coffee, listening to soft music, and taking in a gorgeous view. The weather is perfect right now, so I highly recommend sitting on the patio. They have a seasonal menu, and while the options this time weren't my personal favorites, they were still very good. Having just come from a hike behind the restaurant and being quite hungry, the breakfast burrito really hit the spot. Once again, it was a fantastic experience. We'll definitely return next time we stay at the Four Seasons!

I love the Terra for the food and views. I will also mention their cocktails and wine selection is pretty good. They could improve on service, especially considering it's a four seasons and not a self-serve restaurant, but it's not a deterrent.
