Sonic Drive-in - Santa Fe

The customer service was lacking at this restaurant. The person working at the counter on September 3rd in the evening was rushing and ended up missing some of our orders. When we informed him, he was rude and not at all concerned. We had to go to Sonic on Cerrillos Road to finish our order. Also, currently, the restaurant is only operating as a drive-thru, as the drive-in counters are not working.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the food at this restaurant. I ordered a corn dog that was old and burnt, and the tater tots were old, dry, and cold. The food was not up to standards and I believe they should be ashamed to serve such poorly prepared dishes. I will be posting a photo of the corn dog as proof of my experience. Overall, it was a sad dining experience.

The manager incorrectly took my order and when I asked for it to be fixed, she told me to drive around and get back in line. It took 30 minutes just for the two cars in front of me to order in the first place. When I asked again for my order to be corrected, she yelled at me and threatened to call the police if I didn't pull through. She even sent her employee to take a photo of my license plate, which made my four grandchildren very scared. The manager was extremely rude and unwelcoming.

Gross hamburger meat taste old French fries are served cold and greasy never again ?. Good for just drinks and ice cream

It's was ok. This used to be the best Sonic in town until they turned me into a worker and my van into a kitchen ??????????????? I ordered a strawberry lemonade and didn't get one. When I called back they came and told me they put strawberries and when I showed them they were wrong they sent out a side of strawberries ?????????????????????? So of course the strawberry sauce spilled all over and made a mess cuz it was over filled. ??????????? I'm not an employee
