Sabor Peruano Food, Empanadas, Vegan In Sa

We discovered this restaurant during our trip to Santa Fe, and we’re so grateful we did. The vegan selections are plentiful and packed with flavor, alongside delicious non-vegan options. The ambiance is charming and inviting, and the owner is a wonderful host. We will certainly return every time we're in town.

I was out visiting my aunt in Santa Fe when I found this place. The food was amazing! I?m vegan so I was happy to find that they have a whole vegan menu. The only complaint is it is a little difficult to find, you have to enter the devargas shopping center to find it! But the food was great and the owner was very sweet. Will definitely come back next time I visit!

Had a lovely afternoon repast there, the empanadas and the causa rellena were both fantastic, as was the flan. Super nice owner, peruvian food is made out of magic and love o think. Such a wonderful cuisine.

Definitely would recommend eating here! We ate off the vegan menu and had lots of options. Everything was plated beautiful and had rich strong flavors. My favorite was the Palta Rellena (stuffed avocado). We even had vegan dessert!

For the main course, which is only available on Saturdays, we enjoyed a shrimp, corn, rice, and potato soup. It was marvelous—every ingredient was incredibly fresh, and each bite was a burst of savory goodness. For dessert, we had a flan that was unlike any I've ever experienced, whether here, in Mexico, or elsewhere. This little gem tucked away in the De Vargas Mall is definitely worth a visit and sharing with friends. If only we had also tried a Pisco Sour! Don't miss the chance to savor these delicious Peruvian dishes; you will not regret it!
