Bidrage med feedbackMy wife had to ask the server three times to be cute. I had the 7oz sirlon that was in order, but overseasoned. the bacon-wrapped scallops had a good taste, but I think scallops grow in irregular shapes. what was served were all perfectly round and the same size. it makes me wonder if I had something different than real scallops. I also had a **** mary. the mixture was sufficiently sharp, but I couldn't taste the vodka. I didn't feel any effect on drinking vodka either. I was surprised that it took 15 minutes to make a mixed drink. therefore, if at all, I must add a minimum amount of vodka to the drink. my wife said the flame broken garnels were delicious. there were four of us to eat. five cookies were delivered to the table. the server never asked if we wanted more. we were not tech savvy, we were left to find out how the computer worked on the tabletop to pay our bill. I have requested an email reception, but never get one. Finally, if I were 23, the music selection and the volume would have been acceptable. for those of us over 50, the music was too loud and not helpful to eat. the santa fe red lobster has no ambiente when considering that some of the entrees over $30.00 I would just recommend this red lobster location to an outside the city that wanted safe, commissary style eating in a mcdonald atmosphere.
Red Lobster was closed when we showed up to the scheduled time. But Open Table still confirmed our priority seating.
Ordered the Ultimate Dish. It was all prefertly cooked. Lobster tail, shrimp scampi, fried shrimp, crab legs, rice and mashed potatoes. Cesar Salad could have been fresher but adequate. Reheated crab legs at home and were delicious.
We didn't get our appetizer or one of our side dishes. We had to ask for water twice. It took over 10 minutes to get our bill corrected.
Went for lunch today and I was really excited to have a nice time. Specifically asked the waitress not to bring our entrée until we let her know we were ready to put the order in because I have recently had surgery and cannot eat very fast. So it takes a while to eat appetizers and salad. Despite asking her this she bought our entrée when we were barely finished the appetizer. As a result, my husband could eat his food and I could not and so my food sat there and got cold because I physically could not eat it. When the waitress came back to ask how we were doing I explained my food was cold because I couldn’t eat it and that’s why we asked to have a delay. She said nothing, turned and walked away from the table. Two minutes later she came back, threw a plate of food on the table and walked away again, without saying a word. I think she thought that bringing the extra hot food would make up for the fact that she didn’t do what we had asked her to do in the first place. I still couldn’t eat this food and so that went to waste as well. I left half my food on the table, did not finish my entrée, barely finished my appetizer, and what food I did eat was cold. Great service. A miserable experience.
