This truly was an wonderful experience with my family. My father was in love with this place. The service was top notch and the quality of food was on point. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked with perfection. My seafood cravings were met. They have various plates that fit each of my family?s diet.
Our first time ordering (take-out) from this location. Unfortunately, we got shorted some of our food. However, I always say: it's how you handle a problem that is the measure of quality. And this place was absolutely masterful. As soon as I called, I spoke to Caroline who was professional and sympathetic. Her highest priority was finding out what was easiest for us. I went to pick up the rest of our food, and found that with it, we were given a bunch of extra stuff, including some delicious desserts. That sealed the deal. We'll be ordering from here often in the future. And kudos to Caroline for really showing Santa Fe how to do customer service.
First stop since landing in New Mexico. Had to get my steak and lobster ? I never been to a red lobster although I have many back in Cali. I may say I'll definitely be returning to red lobster in the future! The hosts and waiters here are so nice, the food is great ??
The only reason I give a fifth star at this point is that Lawrence, who was the Saving Grace of the evening. The food was good, but the service and the positive attitude as well as the attention of the avalanche was phenomenal. If it hadn't been for Lawrence's professionalism and skills during the meal and the upselling, the whole evening would have been a wreck. The flip side is Caroline. She is the biggest drawback for this whole restaurant when I arrived while waiting for my party that illuminated her and talked to another employee at check-in booth. She didn't stop or even walk away as a step when I and other customers walked. I am very dissatisfied with the fact that this would be allowed by the upper management to place a person of the management staff before customers, especially other employees, such a bad foot, as well as at the representation of the institution. I am a restaurant owner, in- and internationally, as well as a catering business, and I would never consider treating one of my employees so especially before customers or other employees. If a manager wants to respect, he will not only be required, and the way in which she disregards the employees and vice versa, while doing this before the guests, the guests disregard this is very unconscionable for and unconscionable. Caroline does not deserve the position she has with this company, especially the way she deals with the staff, because she cannot handle herself properly. Boo on You Caroline
