Five Guys Burgers Fries - Santa Fe

Service was amazing and food really good The only thing is that they only use peanut oil for their fries and that's not good if someone has an allergy to nuts so they should use another oil.

If you want a hamburger that taste absolutely amazing and will fill you up then I highly recommend this Five Guys! This place is out of this world great!!

Hamburger joint that makes its French fries right there. Alway order the little hamburger when I go because the normal size hamburger should be called double patty hamburger. Also be careful ordering the large fries. They will fill up half a paper bag of fries plus a cup of fries. If you are really hungry and just want hamburger and fries, great place to go.

We ordered at 7:43pm. It is now 8:00. There were at least six people ahead of us waiting for food. I went to the bathroom and when I came back my friend said while I was gone not one person's order was called. Since we placed our order only one persons number was called. There are four people working and they look like they are working really hard but no one is getting food?

We have gone to this location quite a few times in the past and only had minor problems, but today was absolutely unacceptable and I refuse to go to this establishment anymore. I arrived at a slow period when there were no other customers waiting- I ordered two shakes, that was all. The employee started making them right away, but then someone with an online order walked in, went up, and demanded their food, even though they had just walked in. So the employee stopped making my ice cream and spent the next 20 minutes making food for other orders. I kept asking for my ice cream, and they eventually had another employee start again on them, but the employee kept leaving the ice cream for long periods of time… in the end, I got 2 terribly made milkshakes and had to wait for over 25 minutes just for ice cream. This is not acceptable for any fast food establishment, and I should have demanded a refund, but was too emotionally drained from the experience to do anything but leave. This restaurant needs to figure out how to run their business
