Artfultea - Santa Fe

Great combinations of loose leaf tea. Everything from Pu erh to camomile. They even gave me a free sample of some tea to drink while I browsed what they had on offer. The service was very good as well helpful without being pushy.

I stumbled across this store on one of my yearly trips to Santa Fe a few years ago and they have been my #1 tea shop ever since. Incredible selection of teas, and I have yet to have a tea from them that I didn't enjoy. Not only are their products high-quality, they really go the extra mile here for their customers. I order from them a few times a year, and they always leave handwritten thank-yous on the shipping invoices and provide a complimentary tea sample with every purchase. The great thing about the tea sample is that (I'm assuming, based on previous orders) they select one based on what else is in your order, so you can try a tea with a similar profile. The staff here have also been very kind and helpful every time I stop by the store. Impossible not to recommend this place!

Very pleasant shopping experience today. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable but are happy to let you browse quietly as well.

I have never visited but I've ordered some tea online in the past few months. Great selection and their shipping times are VERY fast. All the packaging is great and they even give you a complimentary tea bag so I've really enjoyed having a different tea aside from the ones I've ordered. I recomend the Organic Mango Pear White Tea!

I have found the staff very helpful. I have purchased a couple of recommended tea pots and a measuring spoon, they all worked as promised. I love the organic Earl gray tea. The bags are well made and I bring them back for refills.
