No real Spanish, it is just a tourist trap: eating tastes like a frozen, already prepared eating. we were absolutely disappointed. the staff hardly speaks English and there was also a case of emergency that in the night, when a British man had a stroke and if it wasn't...for my friend, who speaks Spanish they wouldn't even realize that the guy and his buddy demanded help.

This place is the worst place where I have ever been. there is nothing fresh, everything is made from the cheapest frozen ingredients from the super market. we waited our seafood paella and pizza for minutes and then. I. wanted inside to wash my hands and I saw a guy with food bags and all frozen food came then put all food in microwave. the pizza that they bought from the super market was for the often not intended for the microwave, so it was strange and soft and tasty. I didn't even make the effort to try this bad smelling paella. Nevertheless, I stared to death, this food was not to eat at all. not to mention the dirty glasses and tellers. after I said to the waiter that his terrible, he became so arrogant and told us that we know nothing about Spanish cuisine and so it is made in santa cruz. Do you like one and never go there!
