My personal experience has been pretty good here. Because of my extended stay and closeness to my hotel I've frequented this eatery often. You'll find your cuts of beef, burgers, and steak sandwiches. Prices range from 24 Bolivians for a burger or Lomito sandwich, 3 USD roughly, to a large order of beef 40-50 Bolivias, between 7-8 USD. Accompanied with rice, a risotto, and a side order of French fries or fried Yucca (cassava). This also includes an unlimited access to a salad bar. Staff is prompt and helpful, so you can ask FR directions or other information without any issue.

Good place to eat in groups, with family, service is sufficient and food is good.
