Bidrage med feedbackThe dinner menu is great. We stayed in the hotel so we ate here a few times. So far we have had the charcuterie board, street tacos, angus smash burger and simple salad as well as breakfast Florentine Benedict And absolutely no complaints with food or service. All staff was attentive and prompt except for the breakfast server and maybe because we ordered off the menu instead of buffet. They actually serve food in the open bar area as well as the side dining so the first day it was hard for us to decide what was the restaurant. The next day we actually came across the host podium outside the bar area but all the servers were helpful so not a big deal. I have failed every time to snap a photo.
I spent a few nights at the Hilton is Scott's Valley with limited places to eat in the near vicinity. Upon reviewing their menu, I got the impression that their menu changes frequently, which I liked. Overall, great food and convenience!
Nasty, nasty bartender on Friday, March 10th. She was rude to our party, insulting to other guests, yet friendly to her fellow servers. She acted like we were invading her territory when we sat down, didn't want to to tell us the beers available, and barked at us when we asked for things. The final straw was when she made a mixed drink including an ingredient I asked her to leave out because I disliked the taste. When I asked her if she had included it, she acted like I'd insulted her. The food we had was good but who wants to return to be treated like that.
Was here on business for a few days. Got in late, had the bbq burger and it was delicious. Then, on game day Thursday, had a sandwich. The servers were chipper and answered all questions. They even let me move to the bar to watch the game. Just watch out for the surfer mom's out on the prowl away from the kids...end up buying their food too :
I do not recommend this place! I would give zero stars, if I could. Brynn the manager , was rude, inconsiderate, slammed a cup of water in front my children. Yelling no outside food allowed in the seating area outside the restaurant. He did it In front of other guests, they could clearly hear him shouting at us. There was no respect and absolutely no manners. No where in the area states nor does its policies states no out side food allowed. The website doesn't state kids menus either. Brynn needs anger management class, along with customer service. Brynn handle the situation horribly and it is unacceptable. We didn't argue we picked up our food, belongings and moved. Clearly to stop Brynn from shaming us in front of other guests. When we express our situation and concerns to the front desk, they didn't seem to care. We were advised, to contact Josh Belcher general manager Hilton Santa Cruz/Scott Valley. All the front desk could do is talk to Brynn.
