Panda Express - Santa Cruz

This Panda Express consistently delivered good, quality food every time I visited. However, be prepared to wait in line.

Last night, the woman at the front desk tried to guilt me into making a large donation after I had declined. It was a major turn-off. The money was going towards her personal cause, Panda Cares, with no mention of St. Jude's on the Panda Express website. This incident ruined my dinner with my companion and has bothered me ever since. I was appalled by the rude treatment I received.

This Panda Express restaurant is in need of a makeover. The staff were alright, but not very professional. A portion of my order was incomplete and I had to wait 10 minutes for it. While waiting, the rest of the food in my box just sat there for 10 minutes and became cold. I didn't feel well for hours after eating.

I came thousands of miles away to visit California, and santa cruz was a stop on the way. I was quite hungry, so I decided to stop at the panda express on the mission street in santa cruz, California. a worker there decided to be rude (her name I can't remember right now) and jacob, another employee was exceptionally dismissed and forgotten with submissions. jacob in the specific would constantly go back and forth to check the other customer boxes, and then before to check the same boxes of the food again 3-5 times. I have seen countless reviews for this special panda express that call out the same situations: rude coworkers and terrible service (not to mention the burned foods: the fried rice and cream cheeses I receive today) as the cherry top when they become the servings they are provided are strangely low. how should an adult person get their full when the workers give so little food? Anyway, tldr: please note their food options for trips and residents of California when they think of the mission st., santa cruz panda express. edit: another female employee, as my partner remembered, played with her nase before he went to cook again. she hasn't even complained of germ x or befe. can't have had a better experience?

My husband visited the Panda Express on Mission Street yesterday around 3:30. Trying to order dinner for us for that evening he found 3 of the dishes not made and everything else was depleted and somewhat stuck to the bottom of their serving dishes. When he suggested that maybe(? they might want to start cooking (there were people behind him he was given the posture that that was not going to happen...even from the manager. He did purchase dinner but it was VERY evident when I opened the takeout boxes that the food was old and had been out TOO long. Are they trying to tell us customers to not come during the afternoon hours or is this penny pinching on their part? Long time customer...won't be back.
