Eriks Delicafe - Santa Cruz

Always pretty sure about what the quality of food and service I'm gonig to get when i go to an Erik's, which is to say it is usually pretty good. Typically order the Pilgrim's Progress (non-vegitarian), but they hae a good selection of vegitarian sandwiches, too. On this last visit, i got a sandwhich and a drink. I put my drink down on the table and went to the bathrroom to wash my hands. By the time I got back, my sandwhich was on the table. They also have a soup of the day and a kids menu.

I love Erik's Deli. This is possibly the best hangover food ever made. After a long night at The Poet or Red Room stop here after sleeping in the next day. Delicious!

I come here fairly often. Have always enjoyed it. No charge for extra goo. It always looks clean. You can order and pay online which is convenient

Erik's provides a consistently good meal. All of their sandwiches are tasty. I especially like the Pilgrim's Progress. Their soups are okay, but nothing to write home about. Where they excel, in my opinion, are their salads. The Chicken Caesar has some of the tastiest dressing around. Nice and garlicky. Their Chicken Gorgonzola salad is always the bomb. And there is almost always a table available, even when they are busy.
