Black Bear Diner - Santa Clarita

There were tons of seats but we were waited for 5min to be seated. Once seated we waited 5+min for a server to appear and get our order. Once we ordered our food, we waited another 5+min for drinks. Once foods were delivered, we were not able to see the face of the server again during eating. Very poor service. Food was not great, just acceptable, but I never felt we were welcomed and treated as customers. I will never visit again.

First time eating at Black Bear Diner. Coffee was good, and so was the service. Nice , polite waitress. I was pleasantly surprised by the food.

Great place, food was amazing and the servers were so nice. I take my family out to here here whenever my son wins his soccer games, the chicken fried steak especially is so good, i always get it.

This place is asándome what I liked the most were the hostesses they were so nice and caring really appreciated it !

6oz steak and shrimp are great, love the cherry pie and the friendly customer service.
