Starbucks - Santa Clara County

I got a latte at this Starbucks morning. They make it so hot that is basically undrinkable for an hour.

If you can go to any other Starbucks do so. The ladies here only acknowledge the regular customers. Been here twice think of given them my business another try but yet failed again. I did a mobile Order 10 min prior to arriving and the stickers are just stuck on the counter as other customers are arriving completely ignoring my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and nope. This you g lady proceeded to talk and make OTHER drinks until I mentioned I was waiting for mine. I order two refreshers. Didn't shake them just poured room temp tea. Please do better this is not acceptable. Customer service sucks here and they are super super slow too. You can have 5 people working the back and only ONE barista come on Starbucks!! Never again coming back but be aware anyone else who bothers to come to this establishment. Go to any other Starbucks but this location.

I like Starbucks coffee, and this one is just like a zillion other Starbucks.
