Fusione - Santa Clara

I went almost by accident because it was a friend who invited me and I had never been there before. I got a good surprise. I liked it all. The food (which is why you visit a restaurant), the service and the atmosphere of the place. I think it could be improved if they were a little bit faster there but it still wasn't much, hence the 5 stars. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The place looks really nice, prices are a bit higher. The food was tasty but meat was cooked dry, cocktails were okay. Plus points for takeaway possibility. Service was fast, waitress spoke English. For better food I'd suggest to go to a more local place, the tiny ones without signs. Meal type: Dinner

Ivan Moreno hit the nail on the head! Unfriendly and inattentive service. This place doesn't even deserve one star. We were lured in by the name and the interior, but it was a string of disappointments! The crawfish cocktail was unseasoned, and neither was the pork, it was so laced with sinew and fat and a mile away from fusione. The fish was just bacalao, very dry and too salty (too little watered! The wine was also an impertinence. We refrained from further orders because we received no answer to our criticism, and no compensation was offered either. The result: never again! It was just annoying and way too expensive for that! Minus 4 stars!!

The interior was very nice (nice ambience). We ordered pizza and spaghetti pesto, which were very tasty and successful, and the price-performance ratio was right. Extra praise for the good and friendly service, we felt very comfortable. Definitely worth a visit. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Lovely meal served by a really friendly team. Where else in Santa Clara can you have sushi then beef strips with rice and beans. Food was excellent, service was excellent and ambience is lovely courtyard or more formal dining area. Prices very good. We reserved and we’re glad we did for a Saturday night, when we left (8.30) there was a queue of about 15 tables waiting outside
