Extremely unprofessional team. My order was delayed by 30 minutes and they refused to give me any estimated time!

I got the Assam Milk Tea (didn't want to go too crazy on my first trip) and it didn't disappoint. The tea/milk ratio was perfect (especially at 50% sugar), but the show-stopper was the boba! Each boba was perfect, even as time went on and they soaked. I'm not sure how they've done it, but it's amazing. The cherry on top is that you can get a paper rabbit nose to put on your straw for photos!

People working there are rude and the milk bubble tea tastes like water. Could have spent my $7 on a case of water instead, so save yours.

I would put no stars if I could. Super disappointed. Milk tasted spoiled. A young man working there yelled at me. Will not be coming back to this location.Dietary restrictions: no soy milk
