Noah's Ny Bagels - Santa Clara

The service was friendly but lacking in competence. They were out of Challah Bagels and did not offer ice water. They suggested hot water from the coffee machine, but I asked for tap water at room temperature instead. Both bagel sandwiches were soggy and bland. Overall, the experience was quite disappointing.

I experienced some issues with the availability of bagels at this restaurant. I placed an order for a chocolate chip bagel through their app for pick-up, but when I arrived, my order was not ready. I waited for a long time until someone finally asked me what I was waiting for. It was then that I found out they did not have any chocolate chip bagels at that time, even though it was a Saturday morning. It would have been helpful to know this when I placed my order. This is not the first time they have run out of certain bagels on a Saturday morning.

Love Noah's Bagels? Unfortunately, this specific location falls short on many levels. You may find yourself waiting for 10 minutes as employees seem to be disorganized and not attentive. The staff appears unhappy and uninterested, and there have been numerous occasions where they forgot parts of orders or made mistakes. It seems like they are careless and lazy. This has been a consistent issue every time I have visited. The staff is the worst I have ever encountered. Save your money and time, as they will likely ruin your dining experience.

I was there at 1:00 and the person at the switch was really rude. As always, they were from Jalapeño Bagels. I asked about coffee, he didn't say coffee when they turned off their machine. I asked why and he says Coz close them at 2:00, they close it at 1:00. I asked if the toilet was open, he said they would have closed it. Basically, he had invented his mind to be rude, who in her business after 1 guess. So just close the store at 1 if you have such bad attitude. I don't get to your store every day and I don't pay any cash to get bad aura from others. Don't be negative if you? I have a bad time.

Awful service. I am only person in the shop and no one attends to me to take my order. The staff is busy chatting and laughing away until additional people enter the shop. then it takes them another ten minutes to process my order, which is just 2 simple bagels. even they are not sure if they have the order I need which I can clearly see they have. skip this place if your time matters to you.
