L&l Hawaiian Barbecue - Santa Clara

The food was incredible! We tried the chicken katsu and the BBQ mix, and everything was bursting with flavor and served in generous portions. The macaroni salad was definitely one of the best I've ever tasted. If it's available, definitely give the pineapple cream soda a try!

The Hawaiian-style food here is incredibly delicious. Although the staff always seems a bit stressed, they work efficiently. My go-to order is the BBQ Mix, which includes short ribs, red meat, and chicken served with rice and macaroni. No matter how hungry I am, this meal always fills me up completely if I manage to finish most of it.

This is the best restaurant in the area. The prices are reasonable, and they don't cut corners on portion sizes. Even when you order a small bowl, you still get generous servings of meat. The staff is super friendly and works incredibly fast, even during busy times. I usually choose extra rice instead of macaroni salad because of my gluten intolerance, and I'm happy to report that none of their sauces or seasonings upset my stomach (just a note: I have an intolerance, not Celiac disease, so I can't speak to their safety for those with Celiac, and I avoid soy sauce due to its gluten content). I absolutely love this place!

Chicken katsu was a crispy and flavorful delight, a perfect comfort food.

I ordered the BBQ chicken plate from the healthy menu. It came with a generous serving of grilled chicken, brown rice, and a side salad. I really enjoyed it!
