Konjoe Burger - Santa Clara

Our lunch was quite tasty, if a little on the expensive side. The smokehouse burger wasn't as greasy as I was expecting, which is a great thing, but I was disappointed that medium-rare is not an option.... Only medium+. I preferred the duck fat friesover the umami fries. The latter were good, but I was only able to taste a hint of potato in them.

Great burgers for the price! You can make any of the burgers with an Impossible Burger patty. Fries have a good seasoning and the milkshakes, especially the cookies milkshake, are very satisfying. Restaurant is clean and the restroom is clean. Staff aregenerally helpful.

Pork buns were unbelievable ???? cooked to perfection. The meat was so soft that it literally melts in your mouth. Hands down best pork belly I've ever had in my life. My wife tried the shitake burger and it was awesome too. I'm a big fan of Super Duperburgers but this place is by far better because the burgers and fries are not greasy at all.

Their fried chicken sandwich is incredibly good, although a bit too salty. Recommended. HOWEVER, their burger is one of the WORST burgers I've ever had in my life. Insanely salty and grossly overpriced $9.5 for a small quarter pounder withstore-bought soggy buns). Felt like I hit my sodium limit for the next 7 days after eating their burger. Their fries tasted finebut still very salty. The 3 stars is for the fried chicken sandwich. Avoid their burgers at all costs.

I ordered a Konjoe burger to go, and it was quite flavorful, especially with the egg and the homemade sauce. The beef patty can be customized to your preferred cooking temperature, which made it juicy and tender. The duck fat fries were just average—not particularly impressive.
