Coco Fresh Tea Juice - Santa Clara

It will be my first and last time coming here. My family and I came here on a Sunday afternoon, sure they had a long line because it was a hot day and everyone wanted boba including me. I ordered two drinks through the kiosk machine and it literally took OVER 30 mins to get my drinks. When I saw the girl behind me in line received her drinks, I was thinking wait that’s weird, so I had to check with one of the drink servers and it was hard to even get their attention because they are “busy making drinks” and finally one person said oh your order didn’t get printed, wow! And they knew that they had this problem and said they couldn’t fix it, all they care is making money from customer and wasting customer time. Even they knew they made a mistake, I continue to wait for my drinks they only got one drink out with the wrong label) and when they handed me the second drink it was without the topping that I paid for, I told them there’s no topping in my drink and they said they couldn’t find them? I’m not sure what they meant but I continued to wait for my drink, they knew I was upset but they didn’t care to do anything to make it up. The entire in and out was almost 40 mins for getting TWO drinks. Clearly this Coco fresh tea franchise definitely has some management issue they need to work on.

This place serves one amazing refreshing drink something called popping blue moon. I don't know what's going on with this drink, but it's so refreshing and energizing. Just one sip of this drink will give you instant relief from all the shopping fatigue.Just a littel cramped up space but still has a good vibe.

There’s 3 of them at the counter and told us to order through the kiosk which we did. But then they all left and not aware that there’s pending orders. Bad
