Taqueria El Bajio - Santa Barbara

It's different when you have a real Mexican cuisine... More flavor than salt! Had the melon fresca x huevos con chorizo breakfast burrito! .. A staple in the SB! ?????..

Food is really expensive, we paid almost $100 for 4 person. We got some carnitas tacos and daugther and a friend got sick they ate same stuff. Torta was soggy and chicken was awful no flavor, dry. I would not recommend this place for that price you can eat better at CPK , Olive Garden. For half the amount you can get In& Out, Chik fil a, Raising Canes etc. Also if you need to use their bathroom be prepared to be ask to wear a mask. I have try many Mexican restaurants from San Francisco to Southern California and this place is on my avoid at all costs.

Excellent quality, fresh and flavorful, fast service. More expensive than other spots on Milpas, but very good.

The gordita here is life changing. I love coming down to El Bajio and everything they make is top tier. I believe the pastor to be the best in Santa Barbara and they're one of the only restaurants that does gorditas with beautifully toasted hand made tortillas. Highly recommend a visit.

My first time at Taqueria El Bajio......Great quality fresh food and flavor, staff and REASONABLY priced!! I ordered the Ceviche of the day fish or seafood marinated in lime juice) and two chicken tacos. My only suggestion, the Ceviche would be more reasonably fair at $5.50, not $8!! TOO small for $8:
