Pokeceviche - Santa Barbara

I loved everything but the ceviche. The soda was also really good (they give a free soda for military)

Don’t get me wrong, this place was good, just not great. The staff didn’t seem too pumped about being there, which always sets a strange tone for guests. They had plenty of options, it just didn’t feel particularly new or exciting. Tons of seating indoors and a few out in the mall. Nice option if you’re looking for something fresh while shopping.

Asthetically pleasing but I had a problem with the service. The workers were extremely slow to get to customers and seemed a bit new to the job so they appeared a little lost. Food was good but not incredible. At the front of the line, we stood there for 10 minutes waiting for one of them to come over and ask for what we want. Not a bad place overall but you need patience or call in an order ahead of time.

The food was an ok side. The rice was too much cooked so it was so hard like some left over from last night. The fishes were good. I had an octopus but smelled very weird. Inside of The restaurant was weirdly hot where they serve fresh fishes... The employees were pretty nice and friendly so I would give that a 5 stars. The also have video games and drawing set. Will I come back? Probably not if they do not improve with their food a little more...

The taste of the available food was good, a little bit too less sauce but that's OK. The thing that sucks is that they are out of several I ingridients... In my case they didn't had three of the preferred foods. Egg white, avocado and sprouts... Should be better organized or offer a smaller scope. If I would order online they also should be able to organize the ingridients. The personal is also really unmotivated.
