Kfc - Santa Barbara

When I crave KFC, I prefer the Milpas location. It's clean, well-maintained, and consistently offers great food. I ordered a combo meal for lunch, and it was prepared quickly, served hot, and tasted fantastic.

I absolutely love the chicken sandwich here! However, I have to share some advice: avoid ordering one after 7 PM. The last three times I've done that, the sandwiches have come out rock hard. It seems to be because it’s the end of the day, and the patties have been sitting in the warmer for too long. But if you order one before that, you’ll get fresh chicken patties that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making the sandwich truly outstanding! They also have the perfect amount of pickles and mayonnaise that elevate the flavor. Plus, their fries are the best in town!

It was just ok...chicken didn 't taste like KFC 's traditional receipe .. Asked for a sauce beside Mayo, said there wasn 't one??? so a bit dry..

Waited for 40 minutes and still not able to order. People were waiting for 1 hour for the food they had ordered. It was Thanksgiving so I get it, but there was no communication and definitely not enough staffing. The real issue was that orders were also being made online and the delivery guys were also waiting over 30 minutes. A little communication can go a long way. We ordered Chinese food over the phone, drove down the street and got the food to go all in 10 minutes.
