Jeannine’s has the best scones I have ever had. I wish I could have them delivered to me.

Was only passing through Santa Barbara but I’m so glad I stopped at this place for brunch! Service was great, food was even better and we loved the outdoor seating. Would 100% eat here again!

This is a fantastic spot for breakfast on Upper State Street. There aren't many places that can compete with it. I typically order an omelet with a side of fruit, and the coffee is great too. I often opt for an almond milk latte. It's a lovely place for locals and a great spot to bring out-of-town visitors. I highly recommend it!

The food is enjoyable, but the coffee is nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is disrupted by loud music and advertisements blaring from the outdoor speakers. If possible, I recommend sitting indoors.

I've been a fan of Jeanine’s for 30 years, and despite rising prices, I’ve stayed loyal because it’s truly the best. I’ve always given them five stars, but I'm now reducing it to four. Why? The post-COVID excuse for using paper cups is wearing thin. Seriously! This is supposed to be a high-quality establishment, and there's no reason you can't switch back to ceramic mugs if you want to maintain that standard of quality.
