Brought a group of adults with disabilities here for lunch. We all paid for food. Some of us paid a whopping $17 for food I might add. Staff was extremely rude when we asked for the bathroom code. Manager said he was busy and had no time to deal with us. Another customer even took the dude aside and lectured him about customer service in Spanish. Manager then yelled at us after he left. Great example of how adults with disabilities are treated as second class citizens in SB, just for existing and asking to use the bathroom.
Really great service. Ed the manager really takes care of customers. Had a little issue he just jumped in and handled it and offered a free soda. That's what we want as a customer. Thank you Ed
We always stop here for lunch when we go from SF to SB to LA. This time they had locks on the bathrooms. The person at the front didn't know the code and then we found out the code was different guys from gals. Kinda a pain.
Been going there for years...But on 7/5/23 at 7:00 a rude little young man made my day. Will never go back there again. Where do you find help like that??? I left without ordering.
