Carlitos Cafe Y Cantina - Santa Barbara

I had an amazing experience at Carlitos! I was visiting from out of town and was absolutely impressed by the delicious food and the cozy atmosphere. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely return again.

Had the chile relleno which is usually great! But it was cold cheese not melted!

Wonderful margaritas, really enjoyed the Winter Special Paloma as well as their shrimp tapas, Gambas Al Ajillo. Excellent chips and salsa with a side of black beans and corn. Friendly, efficient, professional staff, I felt very welcomed.
