Breakwater - Santa Barbara

We had breakfast here yesterday, and both the food and service were great. Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but food costs are soaring right now. I'm not sure why some people feel the need to criticize restaurants for increasing their prices. After all, how else would they be able to stay in business? Food: 5/5

This is the perfect spot to relax and take in the view! Without a doubt, they serve the absolute best clam chowder I've ever had! It's one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The fried clams and scallops are incredibly delicious as well!

I have been visiting this restaurant for years, and the food is consistently good! However, I must say that the prices have significantly increased, which has made me visit less frequently. I do love the atmosphere here! I would recommend it if you're willing to treat yourself a little. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

The staff here are friendly and the service is excellent. While the food is somewhat pricier than what you might expect, it is still quite good.
