As a regular local who has had ongoing issues with an aggressive individual who often causes trouble, I've decided to speak to the manager about my concerns.

Fantastic blood orange margaritas, delicious food, excellent service, and an amazing location. We never miss a chance to visit when we're in Santa Barbara!

I called the restaurant twice to confirm that they were open until 9 PM, and I even called again just an hour before arriving. I got there at 8 PM only to find the place closed. The manager spoke to me and told me to either leave or sit at the bar. When I mentioned my phone call, he kept asking, "Who did you speak to?" Come on, you're the manager—you should be able to figure that out; why should I have to? Who remembers the name of the person they spoke with? My call log shows your number. This is utterly unprofessional and disappointing, especially since it happened on my birthday. What a letdown.
