Trieu Chau - Santa Ana

Been going to this place with my dad since I was a kid. Haven't been here in a while and well they did a nice job on remodeling. The shuimai is why I come early because they sell out. This was one of the original spots in Bolsa and still think its a great place to eat. If you focus on the food, hasn't changed much. I don't see the old school people anymore as time changes however this place is legit. Thank you for being around.

Price is going up. Size is going down. Sign in and wait list system is efficient. Parking is tough.

Very good, authentic comfort food. Food comes out fast so this is a good stop if you want a quicker bite to eat. The fried crab and shrimp balls are especially good.
