The Quill is definitely worth writing home. This place certainly went through a remarkable redesign because the vinyl still bang on the stands in this old fashion dimmer. All decors fit the old fashion or old school theme of the Quill. The red breast whiskey mirror/drawing looked particularly elegant at the back wall and the surrounding signage strengthened the entire discard motif. The staff impressed me. Erica took my order almost immediately. (I usually only try the Pommes in a new place. I noticed that she has made the additional efforts to touch the base with the other males at the bar. It was checked whether everyone was okay or wanted to refill. I don't know how long Erica was on the staff in The Quill, but she seemed to have an upcoming rapport with every customer sitting at the bar. I have the opportunity to talk to Josh, the manager. He performed professionally and he shared that the karaoke events that were recently launched at The Quill are very rewarding. The pommes were delicious. I usually do not try the food at dives because it can be very hit or miss. These pommes were not disappointed. Not too salty or dry. This bar looks cool; the staff evaluates the business of customers; and the food is surprisingly good. What is it?
