Service at this place is always good. they are friendly, professional and fast. good for the lunch break.

I never write a reviews I’m usually the one reading reviews but this one tick me off a lot. I was there today May 27th 7:30 exactly .When I used to go they always have great customer service. it been 6 month since I came back. There was only a woman and a New employee getting trained. The woman took my order while the new employee did something else First of all I had to repeat my self 5x for the Italian bread and she looked at me as if she didn’t know what I was taking about. She then proceeds to tells me to tell her in Spanish. I am not fluent so I tried my best. Every topping I told her I had to repeat 2x or more she would stop and look at me for 3 second no idea why . So we get to the register she doesn’t even push my order to me or hands it to me she leaves it there in the counter and says “thank you” I had to reach almost by the registered just to get it and then she slightly pushed it . I was getting soda as I was leaving she was getting mad at the new employee because some other employee had taught her how to clean different I guess she wanted the teenager to do it her way . I genuinely felt bad for the new employee getting trained anyways subway please make sure she is certified to trained others with out an attitude or not having patience. Please have her take a customer service review course . Thank you

I just want to say the ladies there are amazing however I did witness a girl with special needs being completely rude the lady making the sandwiches tried her best to make the girls sandwich however the girl with special needs was just rude snapping her fingers basically reaching over to the lady to snatch her sandwich from the workerPlease understand yes the worker knew you had special needs but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude to her the worker is there to be patient with you and make sure your order is perfect again doesn’t give you the right to be rude towards the worker and for you to take a picture of her for what?!? The worker was doing an amazing job

Gross the manager from this place clean the space and make your subway at the same time
