Subway - Santa Ana

Very nice experience. Had lunch here with my toddler, the checkout and customer experience was over excellent. The owner should be proud of his friendly and respectful employees. Thanks for the best lunch.

Sandwiches are always good at the subway, sometimes customer service is not so nice. You need to see how many people eat, so they can give you more napkins especially with children. When they served us, they gave us no napkins when my husband went and asked for more, they gave us only 2 for me a my family (4).

Very disappointed with the service I received today. MARIA made it a hard time for me to order my subway the way I order it. I asked to replace the salami with pepperoni and she said she couldn't because she follows the rules! Never heard of such a thing. She charged me extra to replace one meat with another. Maria doesn't know I'm allergic to salami. In fact, I've ordered my subway from this location plenty of times and no one has made such a big deal. I hope MARIA does her job properly next time.

Dirty place, caution eating here, bathroom doors, kids high seats, signs are disgusting, food ok not too fresh.

I visited this location right after a show at the Segerstrom. I hadn’t been to a subway in years, but this was the only place open after 10pm. The inside of the restaurant was clean. The whole process was quick. I ordered the Veggie Patty. The girl who helped me, Yesenia or Yasmin, was really nice and helped me figure out what I wanted. The sandwich was delicious and came loaded with veggies.I love that they are open late. Parking is ample lot parking. Would definitely come back if I was in the area again.
