Noodle Place - Santa Ana

Been meaning to try this place for quite a while, covid-19 . I tell you that it was worth the wait. With inside dinning now open and take out seems to be going good. Everything we ordered was cooked, to order and freshly prepared in plainsight. Very fresh ingredients and flavors to match. Everything very high quality from; beef, chicken, noodles and veggies. Very clean with plenty of seating inside and out. Parking lot shared with others in the strip mall. We'll becoming back soon, liked it that much.

I would give it 4.9 ! Taste pretty good! Shop looks clean and employees are very nice. It?s worthy to try it.

The food here is incredibly fresh and delicious. I've had some of the best noodles I've ever tasted. The spicy tofu is fantastic, and the vegetables in the dishes are always fresh and crunchy, never soggy. We make it a point to return every time we're near the area.

During my two visits, I tried seven different dishes. Their garlic noodles were surprisingly good, especially for someone who isn't a fan of garlic. They use long grain rice, which I appreciate. Here’s what I ordered: hot and sour soup (which definitely needs an extra kick), shiitake mushrooms with beef, shiitake mushrooms with tofu, garlic noodles, spicy shrimp fried rice, Singapore vermicelli with tofu, ginger scallion beef, and basil leek chicken with noodles. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The dishes are fresh, unique, and delicious, and the spices complement rather than overpower the flavors of the sea. We particularly enjoyed the king crab legs, scallops, and lobster. The prices are definitely reasonable. Highly recommended!
