Moses Bread - Santa Ana

We are so fortunate to have Moses and his wife here. Not only is their bread amazing, as others have noted, but they are a lovely couple who embody a nearly lost art in American small businesses. Visiting their shop feels like being back in Europe, where half the visit is catching up on the latest news and the other half is admiring their daily bread collection. I mentioned my recent trip to Belgium, where I enjoyed fantastic bread, and Moses promptly asked about the different types of bread I had tried. These are good-hearted people who are passionate about their craft, and if you love bread, you will surely love Moses and his lovely wife!

This restaurant offers interesting and unique flavors in their high-quality specialty breads at a great price. The owners are very friendly, but they only make limited quantities, so it's best to go early in order to have more selections available.

Moses's bread is home to some of the most unforgettable bites of sourdough bread I have ever tasted. I have placed multiple orders and gifted loaves to friends, each one simply perfect and delicious. The passion and dedication put into the bread is truly remarkable. I highly recommend adding olives, garlic, Rosemary, or any other offered toppings to enhance your experience.

Visited about four, it was not full. The service here is attentive.

I would've loved to have gotten bread from that establishment if I only known that they only received online orders.....if only they had made that known online (granted I may have missed that..if in that case..opps sorry)
