La Plaza - Santa Ana

I eat there often for lunch. Their chicken dishes have LOTS of real chicken- chunks of it. Their chicken enchilada combo is very good, but it, as well as some other dishes, need to be a bit spicier. Not to worry, they always give you chips and salsa with your lunch and the salsa makes a nice accompanyment to the entree. I prefer a less spicy dish with the option of adding more or less spice. The carne asada burrito was excellent with added sauce as was the ground beef burrito. Both were large enough for a man’s lunch. The place is clean, the food is fresh, and the owners are the friendliest around, although a bit shy sometimes because of a slight language barrier. A real neighborhood kind of place. The building needs some upgrading, so let’s all eat there so they can afford a remodle!! Enjoy !!!!!………… Indy

Just eat here for the first time and it was delicious! I ordered 7 tacos any kind of meat minus the seafood and I was impressed with every taste. My favorite was Chile verde followed by chorizo then the grilled chicken. My least favorite was shrunk chicken but still good compared to others I experienced. I will definitely be back. Guests can enjoy a breakfast menu!

I often come to La Plaza for lunch. Friendly people, fast service most of the time. Clean environment. Great food. My favorite is the super chicken queasadilla, it takes me 2 meals to finish it.

I love the fish tacos. Too bad La Plaza closed, last day to serve was Friday, 8 April 2022. Will be back under new owners and new names soon.
